"Helpful site, but I got the hint fast"
Healthcare.com was simple enough to use, and I was able to find plan options quickly without digging around too much. Reading between the lines, it seems like once you enter your info, they’re really ready to move you along in the process.
The people I spoke with were nice, so I don’t want to make it sound like a bad experience, but the follow-up calls were a little more than I wanted. Overall, it was still useful and helped me compare options, just with a bit more sales energy than I was expecting.
"Canceling turned into way more work than it should’ve been"
I tried to cancel my policy it was a hassle. Support was slow, I got passed around to different people, and I had to explain the same situation more than once, which just felt like extra work on my end. They did eventually cancel it, but it took way longer than it needed to.

"Good value overall, just a few little issues"
The pricing info was actually easy to understand, and it made comparing the plans a lot less annoying than I expected. A couple of pages took me a minute to figure out, but overall it saved me time and felt worth using. I’d give it 4 stars.

"I talked with an agent who was professional..."
I talked with an agent who was professional and easy to follow. He didn’t make me feel rushed, and I think he answered my questions clearly. I did have to wait a bit before getting connected, which was kind of annoying, or maybe I was just being impatient. But once I got through, everything went smoothly. Overall, it was good service, just not totally perfect...

"Pricing felt kinda sketchy"
At first, the plans looked cheap, but then all these extra costs started popping up later. Not gonna lie, it felt a bit misleading.

"Info seemed outdated"
Plan info felt off. Prices and coverage changed after clicking through. Confusing. I wasted time comparing details that weren’t even accurate. Not great

"Left me confused and a little suspicious"
I wasn’t happy with it. The whole thing felt confusing, and it didn’t really help me the way I expected. I also got the feeling there might be extra fees or charges buried somewhere, which made me even less comfortable using it

"Seems okay, but I’d look twice"
At first glance it seems mostly legit, and I didn’t see anything too alarming. That said, I’d still double-check the details before fully trusting it, because you never really know if something is set up to look harmless while nudging you into missing the fine print

"I used healthcare.com and, compared to a few..."
I used healthcare.com and, compared to a few other health insurance sites I’ve dealt with in the past, the billing info was actually straightforward. It laid out what I’d be paying and what was included without making me click around forever. I did have to read one section about the fees twice to make sure I understood it, but overall it was much less confusing than I expected.

"Not the easiest site to deal with"
I tried using healthcare.com when I was looking around for health insurance plans, it ended up being more frustrating than I expected. There were plenty of options to look through, but as I clicked around, I kept feeling unsure about what was actually covered and what I’d really be paying in the end.
After I entered my information, the calls started coming in quickly, which caught me off guard. I can see how that might be helpful for some people, but for me it felt a little overwhelming and kind of pushy. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but it definitely wasn’t the smooth, simple process I was hoping for.

"Worth using for comparing plans"
I used it to compare a few health plans side by side, it made the process straightforward. The prices were easy enough to understand, which I really appreciated. Some of the details took longer to load than I’d like, but overall I’d say it’s a useful tool and worth trying if you’re shopping around

"Easy enough for most people to use"
I was able to find plans quickly, which I think most customers would appreciate. The only thing is the filters could be a little clearer, especially for people who want to narrow things down without clicking around too much

"Surprisingly Clear Coverage Details"
The coverage details were easy to follow, and the plans actually made sense, which is always a fun little miracle. I did have a bit of confusion here and there, but nothing too dramatic.

"Not really comfy with the privacy stuff"
It asked for way more personal info than I expected and it made me feel a little uneasy

"Embarrassed I even gave them my number"
I just checked the plans one time and put in my number, and now they keep calling me nonstop throughout the day. i feel kind of embarrassed that I fell for it and shared my info in the first place. It’s really annoying, and I definitely regret it

"Network info wasn’t clear"
I was annoyed because the network information wasn’t explained clearly. I checked expecting the doctor list to be accurate, but some doctors were missing, which made the whole process more confusing than it needed to be...

"I couldn’t quite tell when or if I qualified"
I was trying to figure out the eligibility info, but the guidance felt a little unclear. I kept going back and forth on whether I actually qualified, and the timing made it even more confusing—like I wasn’t sure if I was supposed to apply now, wait until a certain date, or if I had already missed the window.

"I was trying to figure out what was..."
I was trying to figure out what was actually covered, but the benefits explanation just didn’t make much sense. I kept clicking around and still ended up with no clear answer. It felt like a avoidable hassle, honestly

"Not many options"
I wanted to compare a few plans, but there really weren’t many available where I live. It kind of felt like I was stuck choosing between the same few options that didn’t really work for me.

I was hoping this would be resolved by now, but it’s still not fixed. Kind of frustrating lol.
